Slava

Slava brings over 35 years of experience in painting and decorative finishing, with much of his early expertise developed throughout Europe. After moving to the U.S., he expanded his skill set into wood refinishing and cabinet remodeling, mastering the craft of transforming outdated cabinets into beautifully refreshed, modern designs.

His passion lies in taking simple ideas and turning them into innovative, dynamic results. With a lifelong background in detailed, precision-focused work, Slava naturally gravitated toward high-quality cabinet refinishing, refacing, and custom updates—services that have now become the core of what our company offers.

As his experience continues to grow, Slava consistently challenges the traditional boundaries of painting and design. His ability to blend craftsmanship, creativity, and technical skill leads to unique, breathtaking results that leave customers thrilled with their remodeled spaces.

Slava also leads a talented team of painters and decorators with many years of combined industry experience. Together, they share the same commitment to quality, communication, and exceptional customer service—making every project a reflection of their dedication and passion.

Vince

Vince is the Project Manager at Cabinets Refinish and has spent the last 10 years specializing in cabinet refinishing and refacing. Over time, he expanded his expertise into custom cabinet services, including European-style frameless cabinets and traditional inset cabinetry, providing clients with a wide range of modern, high-quality options.

With extensive hands-on experience, Vince has developed strong skills in remodeling, project coordination, and the business side of construction. In addition to his work with cabinet projects, he also takes on other remodeling services as a general contractor, pursuing his passion for improving homes and delivering quality craftsmanship across various trades.

Hardworking, detail-focused, and ambitious, Vince joined Slava in the cabinet remodeling field to help provide high-quality work completed on time and at competitive prices. Our company was founded in 2006 as a painting business under the name NW Decorative Painting LLC. Since then, we have expanded to offer a broad range of painting services, including interior, exterior, and decorative painting. Slava, one of the company’s owners, has been providing these services for over 30 years, bringing unmatched expertise and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. Vince joined the team 10 years ago and has been a vital part of the company ever since. With a decade of experience in cabinet refinishing, refacing, custom cabinetry, and full kitchen remodels, Vince brings both technical skill and project management expertise. He also oversees many remodeling projects as a general contractor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and clear communication on every job.
